Shipping, Returns & Refunds policies.

 

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time, we are only selling to & shipping within the US.  When we expand to other countries, we will update via our mailing list, so be sure to sign up! 

 

Shipping Times & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays) and sent to our print provider for production.  Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier.  You’ll receive tracking information as soon as a shipping label has been generated. 

Please note that estimated delivery dates may shift slightly depending on when your order is finished being fulfilled, not just when the shipping label is created.  Printing and production typically takes an additional 2–7 business days, depending on the size of your order and holiday seasons, followed by shipping time.  Some items have a production time that can take up to 14 days as our print providers make them in-house, then must apply the design to the garment or item.

Once your item is ready, it will ship via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier, and you’ll receive tracking info when the label is created.

Note: Delivery times may shift slightly based on when your item finishes production, not just when the shipping label is printed.

Returns & Refunds

We care about your experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  While each item is made just for you, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong.  Please read our policy below for returns and refunds.

Before returning your order, you must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.  To report an issue, please email us at:  BiblicalDelights@protonmail.com  with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a clear photo(s) of the issue.

Approved returns must be returned within 15 business days of the delivery date.  

Because our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for ordering the wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, ordering more than intended, or buyer’s remorse

Please double-check your cart (item quantity, sizes, color choices, etc) before finalizing your order.  

We encourage you to reach out if you're unsure about sizing before placing an order—we’re happy to help!

 

Issued Refunds or Store Credit

Any refund issued will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.  We will also email a receipt showing the refund.   

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.  This can be anywhere from 2 to 10 business days after we issue any refund.  

If more than 15 business days have passed since we issued your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company.  Make sure you keep the receipt we send to you showing your refund, as that may help speed up the process. 

 Should you choose to be refunded the amount in store credit, a digital gift certificate will be issued to you.

 

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If there is a problem with your order (e.g., a manufacturing error or a damaged item), please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.  You must provide clear photos showing the issue.  If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.  We’ll work with our print provider to make it right and reprint the product(s), or a refund. 


Packages Lost in Transit

Sometimes packages can get lost in transit.  If your order appears to be lost in transit, you must notify us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.  You must email us from the email address associated with your account.  We’ll work with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve the issue.  If the order is considered lost by the carrier within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, we'll cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping.  

 

I don't have my package, but the tracking shows it was delivered.

If you don't have your package, but the tracking shows the package was delivered, please contact the carrier.  They may be able to provide more detailed delivery information (e.g., "left behind bushes near the porch.")  Once the package leaves the printing facility, we have no control over the package.  We are unable to offer a refund.


 

Help!  I entered the wrong delivery address at checkout!

Before the order is marked shipped:  If you discover you provided the wrong address in time, email us with the correct address from the email provided on your account, and we can update the delivery address.  We will not update anything if the email is from an email address not associated with your account.   

Please be advised that updating the delivery address may lead to extra charges or a partial refund, depending on the delivery address and shipping method.  

 

After the order is marked shipped:  Once your order is marked shipped by our print provider, the address cannot be changed.  If the address you provided at checkout is incorrect, incomplete, or considered undeliverable by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. In these cases, you’ll be responsible for any reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address with you. 

If you would prefer to cancel the order at this point and get a refund, please note that only a partial refund will be issued.   Because each item is made to order, we have already paid the production costs for your item(s), and these costs cannot be recovered. Similarly, the original shipping and handling costs are non-recoverable.  Therefore, both the production and original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

We want to make sure your items arrive safely—thank you for double-checking your shipping address before finalizing your order!


What if my package was delivered to the wrong address?

If the address you provided at checkout was correct and your package was delivered to the incorrect address, please contact the carrier.  The carrier may be able to provide more detailed delivery information (e.g., "left under the bench near the garage.")  Once the package leaves the printing facility, we have no control over the package.  We are unable to offer a refund.

If the address you provided at checkout was incorrect and the package was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.  Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order!  We want your items to arrive safely—thank you for reviewing your info carefully. 

 

Refunds for Returned Packages (Incorrect Address, Undeliverable, or Refused)

If a package is returned due to an incorrect delivery address being entered at checkout, the address is considered insufficient by the courier, or it wasn't claimed, we’re more than happy to reship it after confirming a correct address and receiving the reshipping costs from you.  Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order!

If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, please note that only a partial refund can be issued.  Because each item is made to order, we have already paid the production costs for your item(s), and these costs cannot be recovered.  Similarly, the original shipping and handling costs are non-recoverable.  Therefore, both the production and original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
